Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in new, unused, and unaltered condition.
Lace fronts must be intact, and the color and cut must remain in their original selling condition.
Custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. -
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bijouxwigs.com within the 5-day window.
We will provide you with the necessary UPS return paperwork, customs documentation, and shipping labels. -
Return Shipping Fee:
A $50 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. -
Restocking Fee:
All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. -
Processing Time:
Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your account. -
Non-Refundable Items:
Shipping fees, charges for cut and color services, sale items, and custom orders are non-refundable. -
Unclaimed Packages:
If an order is returned to us due to the customer not taking possession or the package being returned to sender, the 10% restocking fee and the $50 USD shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition. -
Condition Assessment:
Bijoux Wigs reserves the right to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is eligible for return or exchange. -
Lost Returns:
We are not responsible for any returned items lost during transit if the package was not properly packed by the sender and/or was not sent with the appropriate paperwork and labels.
