Processing Time
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days for stock pieces purchased off site
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Shipping Costs will be added on during checkout. This does not include duties and taxes* (if applicable).
We work with UPS & DHL to find the fastest, most affordable shipping options for you.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, local holidays, or carrier delays.
📍 Tracking Your Order
All orders come with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the link provided in your confirmation email, or request tracking # from Bijoux Team Member.
❗ Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Policy
There is a 5-day return/exchange policy for all purchases from www.bijouxwigs.com provided the items are in new, unused and unaltered condition. Lace fronts must be intact. Colour and cut must be in original selling condition. Custom orders are FINAL SALE.
The 5-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier. Bijoux Wigs uses a tracking system for all items shipped.
Bijoux Wigs will email you UPS return paperwork, customs documentation and shipping labels that will be used for returning approved items within the return window. The customer will be responsible for the $50 USD return shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

A Bijoux Wigs representative will be in contact with you once the item is received and inspected to process the return/exchange.
Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. It can take up to 7 business days to see the credit show up on your account once the return/exchange is processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus a $50 return shipping fee which covers the return shipping back to us.
If an order is sent to customer but the customer does not take possession of the order or the order is returned to sender (Bijoux), the 10% restocking fee and the $50 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund once the shipment is returned to us in original condition.
Bijoux Wigs assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during return transit if the package was not properly insured and/or incorrectly addressed and labeled by the sender.
Bijoux Wigs shall be the sole arbiter to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
Charges for cut and colour services are non-refundable.
