Welcome to BijouxWigs.com. This website is operated by Bijoux Wigs, a Canadian-owned business based in Alberta. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview
Bijoux Wigs provides luxury wigs and hairpieces for individuals experiencing medical hair loss. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and customers of BijouxWigs.com, regardless of location.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or that you have given your consent for a minor dependent to use this site under your supervision.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all product details or images are free of errors. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) by default. Customers located in Canada will see prices displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Currency is automatically detected based on your location and reflected throughout your shopping experience and at checkout.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payments must be received in full before shipping. We do not store credit card information; all transactions are securely processed through trusted, PCI-compliant third-party providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. Bijoux Wigs is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or border inspections.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition. Lace fronts must be intact and the wig unaltered.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Bijoux Wigs and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt its operation. Abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems are prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bijoux Wigs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the website or products, including loss of profits, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction with a product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. All legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada, regardless of your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Return & Exchange Policy
There is a 5-day return/exchange policy for all purchases from www.bijouxwigs.com provided the items are in new, unused and unaltered condition. Lace fronts must be intact. Colour and cut must be in original selling condition. Custom orders are FINAL SALE.
The 5-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier. Bijoux Wigs uses a tracking system for all items shipped.
Bijoux Wigs will email you UPS return paperwork, customs documentation and shipping labels that will be used for returning approved items within the return window. The customer will be responsible for the $50 USD return shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

A Bijoux Wigs representative will be in contact with you once the item is received and inspected to process the return/exchange.
Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. It can take up to 7 business days to see the credit show up on your account once the return/exchange is processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus a $50 return shipping fee which covers the return shipping back to us.
If an order is sent to customer but the customer does not take possession of the order or the order is returned to sender (Bijoux), the 10% restocking fee and the $50 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund once the shipment is returned to us in original condition.
Bijoux Wigs assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during return transit if the package was not properly insured and/or incorrectly addressed and labeled by the sender.
Bijoux Wigs shall be the sole arbiter to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
Charges for cut and colour services are non-refundable.
