Bijoux Wigs accepts returns and exchanges on eligible purchases made at bijouxwigs.com within 5 days of delivery, provided items are returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. Lace fronts must be intact, and colour and cut must be in original selling condition.
Custom orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unaltered
- In original selling condition, with lace front intact
- Initiated within 5 days of the delivery date as confirmed by carrier tracking
Bijoux Wigs reserves the sole right to determine whether an item has been altered from its original condition and whether it qualifies for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@bijouxwigs.com within your 5-day return window. A Bijoux Wigs representative will review your request and, if approved, provide return shipping documentation and labels via email.
- US and international returns are handled via DHL
- Canadian returns are handled via UPS
Please use only the provided labels and documentation. Bijoux Wigs assumes no responsibility for items lost in return transit that were incorrectly shipped by the sender.
Fees
All approved returns are subject to the following deductions from your refund:
- 10% restocking fee applied to the order subtotal
- $65 USD return shipping fee
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is undeliverable or refused by the customer and returned to Bijoux Wigs, the same 10% restocking fee, re-entry customs fees and $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund once the item is received and confirmed to be in original condition.
Refund & Exchange Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, a Bijoux Wigs representative will contact you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.

The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

- Sale items
- Colour and cut services
